Underhung Crane Definition

NLX European Single Girder Underhung Crane is a lightweight мостовой кран designed and manufactured according to European standards, which is mainly used in conjunction with European electric hoists. This suspension crane uses I-beams suspended from steel structures or prefabricated roof beams as running rails, and its structure is similar to that of an electrically operated single girder overhead travelling crane.

Due to the high requirements of the suspended design on the roof load-bearing capacity, its rated lifting capacity is usually limited to less than 10 tonnes. Single Girder Suspension Cranes are lightweight and easy to install and maintain, and are widely used in small standardised factories, production workshops, warehouses and yards, sewage treatment facilities, power stations, pumping stations and maintenance workshops.

Underhung Crane Components

NLX European Single Girder Underhung Crane consists of steel plate and I-beam welded into the main beam, end beams, European electric hoist, suspended in the upper part of the plant on the I-beam track, cantilever length of 0.5 ~ 1m, the European electric hoist along the main beam of the I-beam under the edge of the wing to complete the lifting of the goods.
