Parts

• Bridge Structure: Includes two parallel high-strength steel main girders and end girders at both ends, forming a stable frame that spans the work area.
• Rail System: The crane runs longitudinally along the rail beams and tracks on the factory roof.
• Hoisting Trolley: Moves laterally on the main girder tracks and houses the hoisting mechanism (including motor, drum, wire rope, etc.), responsible for lifting and opening/closing the grab.
• Crane Traveling Mechanism: Drives the entire crane to move longitudinally along the factory tracks.
• Grab: The material handling device, usually a double- or multi-jaw clamshell structure, controlled by wire ropes for opening and closing, used to grab various bulk materials.
• Electrical Control System: Includes control cabinet, limit switches, etc., providing power and controlling operations.
