Parts

Drive Motor

Types of 10 ton electric wire rope hoist

Although the structure of 10-ton electric wire rope hoists is roughly the same, different functions can be achieved by using different materials, installing different control systems, or changing the structure itself.

CD1/MD1 Electric Wire Rope Hoist

This electric wire rope hoist is a classic and widely used model. The CD1 electric hoist is compact, lightweight, and cost-effective, making it suitable for most common cargo lifting scenarios. The MD1 builds on the CD1 with an additional hoist motor and a slow-speed drive, giving it two speeds. When operating slowly, it can handle precise tasks such as loading and unloading, and sand and gravel grinding .

Application: For general lifting scenarios with no speed requirements and low precision requirements, the CD1 electric wire rope hoist is recommended.

Application: If the work requires higher precision and the tasks are more frequent, the MD1 electric hoist is recommended.

European electric wire rope hoist

Advanced electric hoists that meet European FEM standards. These hoists have a modular design and are very compact, while also offering high-precision load positioning capabilities, ultra-high energy efficiency, and excellent durability.

Application: It is suitable for automated factories, smart warehouses or working environments that require energy saving.

Metallurgical Electric Wire Rope Hoist

Metallurgical wire rope hoists are primarily used for lifting molten metal in metallurgical hoisting equipment. These electric hoists are typically constructed of heat-resistant materials, enabling them to operate for extended periods in the high temperatures of metallurgical plants. They also typically feature stringent safety features such as dual brakes, dual limit stops, and thermal insulation panels .

Application: Metallurgical wire rope hoists are mostly used in factories, mines, ports, cargo storage areas and shops, and are essential to improving work efficiency and working conditions.

Low headroom electric wire rope hoist

Compared with standard CD/MD hoists, the maximum hook lift of low headroom electric hoists can be increased by 200mm to -500mm . Because it does not take up space, it is suitable for operation in environments with limited height.

Application: If the work location is underground or in a small warehouse with a low ceiling, it is recommended to use a low-headroom electric wire rope hoist to improve space utilization.
