Il paranco marino è una macchina di sollevamento dal design speciale, per il sollevamento e l'abbassamento di yacht o imbarcazioni dentro e fuori dall'acqua. Comprende la struttura principale, il blocco ruota mobile, il meccanismo di sollevamento, il meccanismo di guida, il sistema di trasmissione idraulica e il sistema di controllo elettrico. La struttura principale è di tipo "U". Può trasferire l'imbarcazione in una posizione più elevata rispetto alla propria altezza.
