Semi-gruas de pórtico employ a special structural design to adapt to various lifting operation environments.  On one side, the bridge frame runs along an overhead rail, similar to a bridge crane. At the other end, outriggers support the crane, with its end beams resting on the ground and moving on rubber tires or rail-mounted wheels. Compared to standard gantry cranes, it eliminates the need for a supporting gantry leg on one side, reducing costs and expanding the crane's effective working space.

Semi-gantry cranes are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Various lifting tools, such as grab buckets and electromagnets, can be selected under the hook.

BMH Single Girder Semi Gantry Cranes  handle light to medium-duty lifting operations, with capacities typically ranging from 3 to 20 tons. Their main girder spans the gap between the ground rails and the gantry beam. A trolley hoist moves along the main girder and lifts the load via a hook attached to the hoist. The single-girder design makes these cranes lightweight, easy to operate, and cost-effective. They are ideal for light loads and confined workspaces.

Guindaste semi-pórtico de duas vigas BMG

BMG type double girder semi-gantry cranes outperform single girder models by offering greater lifting capacity and a higher lift. They have two main beams that span the gap between the ground rails and the gantry beams. A trolley hoist moves along the length of the main beams and lifts the load via hooks attached to the hoist. Double girder semi gantry cranes handle large loads with ease and offer customization options like lighting, warning devices, and collision avoidance systems.

The main beam uses high-strength steel to deliver high rigidity and strong load-bearing capacity. Its anti-corrosion treatment prolongs service life, and its single-leg design links the opposite side to the factory building, cutting down the footprint and weight.

An electric hoist trolley under the beam enables smooth lifting and precise horizontal movement. Braked rubber tires on the outrigger mechanism ensure smooth travel and accurate positioning.
