The Portable Jib Crane on wheels is a highly flexible and movable small lifting equipment. It features a unique slewing cantilever design and is equipped with either an electric chain hoist or an electric wire rope hoist, enabling flexible operation over a 360° range. It is especially suitable for space-constrained areas, such as low-ceilinged spaces, warehouses, and other environments where traditional traveling cranes cannot be installed, and is ideal for workshop equipment installation, cargo handling, and other operations.

Portable Jib Crane Components

The portable jib crane on wheels is mainly composed of a column system, a slewing jib, a lifting device, a mobile base, a control system, and auxiliary components. The column system is made of high-strength steel, and the lower end is fixed on the movable base, equipped with a horizontal adjustment device. The slewing arm provides 270° or 360° rotation and supports both manual and electric slewing. The electric slewing is driven by a cycloid reducer to realize smooth rotation.

The lifting device consists of an electric chain hoist or an optional electric wire rope hoist mounted on the jib I-beam track with overload protection and precise positioning.
The mobile base is equipped with heavy-duty casters and a locking device for quick movement and positioning.
The control system is provided with an operating handle or wireless remote control, with frequency conversion speed control function and a safety limit switch.
Auxiliary components include counterweight systems, anti-sway devices, and lighting systems.
