BNR /BNRT Explosion proof electric hoist is a lightweight, compact lifting equipment, with lightweight, small size, large lifting capacity, designed for the existence of explosive mixtures in the industrial environment. The equipment is developed and manufactured in strict accordance with China's latest explosion-proof standards, using ‘explosion-proof’ explosion-proof structure. The key exposed parts are made of special non-sparking materials; explosion-proof performance is stable and reliable. The product has passed the authoritative test of the Explosion-proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and has obtained the explosion-proof certification.

Explosion-proof electric hoist is widely used in Class I explosion-proof coal mine non-mining area, and Class II explosion-proof environment in the presence of ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅡC combustible gases or vapour and air mixtures of the place, the temperature group covers the T1-T4 level. The working environment temperature ranges from -25℃ to 40℃, and it is mainly suitable for indoor operation; if it is used outdoors, it needs to be equipped with additional protective devices to ensure safe operation.

Nucleon biedt twee soorten explosieveilige elektrische takels, waaronder de explosieveilige elektrische takel BNR voor enkelliggerloopkranen en de explosieveilige elektrische takel BNRT voor dubbelliggerloopkranen. De explosieveilige elektrische takel biedt flexibele configuratiemogelijkheden voor de volledige reeks nieuwe Chinese elektrische takels van 1 tot 20 ton. Hij is uitgerust met vier hefaandrijvingen en twee loopaandrijvingen om te voldoen aan uiteenlopende behoeften. Dezelfde hijsinrichting kan flexibel worden toegepast op vier soorten constructies: standaard bouwhoogte, lage bouwhoogte, loopkat en vast bouwtype, zodat één machine voor meerdere doeleinden kan worden gebruikt en kan worden aangepast aan verschillende scenario's.

BNR low headroom explosion-proof electric hoist adopts FEM and GB double standard design, compact structure, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection, usually used with single girder overhead travelling crane. BNRT explosion-proof electric hoist trolley adopts a double girder trolley design, which is specially designed for high-risk explosion-proof scenarios, applicable to a double girder overhead travelling crane. Equipped with an explosion-proof structure, the core components use non-sparking materials to ensure safety and reliability. It is suitable for coal mines, chemical industries, petroleum and other flammable and explosive places, with excellent performance to ensure efficient operation.

Explosion-proof shell: A Specialised shell design is used to effectively limit potential explosions to the inside, preventing sparks or flames from escaping and improving safety.

Toepassing

An explosion-proof electric hoist is designed for the environment where explosive hazards exist and is suitable for the following places:

Kolenmijnomgeving: voor niet-mijnbouw werkgebied van explosieveilige kolenmijnen van klasse I.
Chemische industrie: voor explosieveilige plaatsen van klasse II waar brandbare gassen of mengsels van damp en lucht van klasse IIA, IIB, IIC voorkomen.
Olie en gas: geschikt voor gebieden waar ontvlambare gassen of vloeistoffen worden gehanteerd, met temperatuurgroepen die de klassen T1-T4 dekken.
Stofomgeving: geschikt voor plaatsen waar brandbaar stof aanwezig is, zoals graanverwerking, houtverwerking, enz.
