BNR /BNRT Explosion proof electric hoist is a lightweight, compact lifting equipment, with lightweight, small size, large lifting capacity, designed for the existence of explosive mixtures in the industrial environment. The equipment is developed and manufactured in strict accordance with China's latest explosion-proof standards, using ‘explosion-proof’ explosion-proof structure. The key exposed parts are made of special non-sparking materials; explosion-proof performance is stable and reliable. The product has passed the authoritative test of the Explosion-proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and has obtained the explosion-proof certification.
Explosion-proof electric hoist is widely used in Class I explosion-proof coal mine non-mining area, and Class II explosion-proof environment in the presence of ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅡC combustible gases or vapour and air mixtures of the place, the temperature group covers the T1-T4 level. The working environment temperature ranges from -25℃ to 40℃, and it is mainly suitable for indoor operation; if it is used outdoors, it needs to be equipped with additional protective devices to ensure safe operation.

Nucleon propose deux types de palans électriques antidéflagrants, dont le BNR pour les ponts roulants monopoutres et le BNRT pour les ponts roulants bipoutres. Le palan électrique antidéflagrant offre des options de configuration flexibles pour la gamme complète des nouveaux palans électriques chinois de 1 à 20 tonnes. Il est équipé de quatre entraînements de levage et de deux entraînements de marche pour répondre à des besoins diversifiés. Le même dispositif de levage peut être appliqué de manière flexible à quatre types de structures : hauteur standard, hauteur réduite, type de roulement de chariot et type fixe, de manière à réaliser l'utilisation polyvalente d'une seule machine et à s'adapter à différents scénarios.
BNR low headroom explosion-proof electric hoist adopts FEM and GB double standard design, compact structure, low noise, energy saving and environmental protection, usually used with single girder overhead travelling crane. Applying 13 patented technologies, it reaches the international advanced level. Suitable for factories, workshops, warehouses and other scenes with limited space height.
BNRT explosion-proof electric hoist trolley adopts a double girder trolley design, which is specially designed for high-risk explosion-proof scenarios, applicable to a double girder overhead travelling crane. Equipped with an explosion-proof structure, the core components use non-sparking materials to ensure safety and reliability. It is suitable for coal mines, chemical industries, petroleum and other flammable and explosive places, with excellent performance to ensure efficient operation.
