BNR /BNRT Explosion proof electric hoist is a lightweight, compact lifting equipment, with lightweight, small size, large lifting capacity, designed for the existence of explosive mixtures in the industrial environment. The equipment is developed and manufactured in strict accordance with China's latest explosion-proof standards, using ‘explosion-proof’ explosion-proof structure. The key exposed parts are made of special non-sparking materials; explosion-proof performance is stable and reliable. The product has passed the authoritative test of the Explosion-proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Centre of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, and has obtained the explosion-proof certification.

Explosion-proof electric hoist is widely used in Class I explosion-proof coal mine non-mining area, and Class II explosion-proof environment in the presence of ⅡA, ⅡB, ⅡC combustible gases or vapour and air mixtures of the place, the temperature group covers the T1-T4 level. The working environment temperature ranges from -25℃ to 40℃, and it is mainly suitable for indoor operation; if it is used outdoors, it needs to be equipped with additional protective devices to ensure safe operation.

Nucleon bietet zwei Arten von explosionsgeschützten Elektrozügen an, darunter den explosionsgeschützten Elektrozug BNR für Einträger-Laufkrane und den explosionsgeschützten Elektrozug BNRT für Zweiträger-Laufkrane. Das explosionsgeschützte Elektrohebezeug bietet flexible Konfigurationsmöglichkeiten für die gesamte Palette der neuen chinesischen Elektrohebezeuge von 1 bis 20 Tonnen. Es ist mit vier Hubantrieben und zwei Fahrantrieben ausgestattet, um unterschiedliche Anforderungen zu erfüllen. Ein und dieselbe Hebevorrichtung kann flexibel auf vier Arten von Strukturen angewandt werden: Standardhöhe, niedrige Höhe, Laufkatze und fester Typ, um die Mehrzwecknutzung einer Maschine zu realisieren und sich an verschiedene Szenarien anzupassen.

BNRT explosion-proof electric hoist trolley adopts a double girder trolley design, which is specially designed for high-risk explosion-proof scenarios, applicable to a double girder overhead travelling crane. Equipped with an explosion-proof structure, the core components use non-sparking materials to ensure safety and reliability. It is suitable for coal mines, chemical industries, petroleum and other flammable and explosive places, with excellent performance to ensure efficient operation.

An explosion-proof electric hoist is designed for the environment where explosive hazards exist and is suitable for the following places:

Bergbauumgebung: für den Bereich der Arbeitsfläche außerhalb des Bergbaus in explosionsgeschützten Kohlebergwerken der Klasse I.
Chemische Industrie: für explosionsgeschützte Bereiche der Klasse II, in denen brennbare Gase oder Dampf-Luft-Gemische der Klassen IIA, IIB, IIC vorhanden sind.
Öl und Gas: geeignet für Bereiche, in denen brennbare Gase oder Flüssigkeiten gehandhabt werden, mit Temperaturgruppen der Klassen T1-T4.
Staubumgebung: geeignet für Orte, an denen brennbarer Staub vorhanden ist, z. B. in der Getreideverarbeitung, Holzverarbeitung usw.
