Project Overview

In May 2025, we received an inquiry from a trading company in Azerbaijan, which needed to purchase 5 sets of electric wire rope hoists of different tonnages for an end customer. The project took only 20 days from technical inquiry to delivery. Below is the specific project information and parameters.

Customer requirements

Five CD electric wire rope hoists with a lifting capacity of 1 x 2 tons, 2 x 3.2 tons, 1 x 5 tons, and 1 x 7 tons with CE marking and multiple safety devices.

According to the drawings, our engineers selected a suitable running beam for the customer. Since the lifting point of the monorail hoist is far away, the box girder is also required. According to the customer's requirements, we quoted 2 monorail hoists with beams and busbars and 3 small-tonnage CD electric hoists.

After confirming the technical parameters and quotation scheme with the customer, the customer finally chose to purchase the five electric wire rope hoists provided by us, even though the price in the hands of customer was significantly lower than that quoted by our other suppliers.

Project Progress

Because of the customer's tight delivery cycle requirements, we have started the production and processing work since June 5, and completed the manufacturing and packing of all equipment on June 14, which is now ready to be shipped at any time. Below are some pictures of packing and shipping:

In order to reduce the risk during transportation and control the cost, we shipped 5 sets of electric wire rope hoists in 5 fumigation-free wooden crates. Considering the possible shaking during the sea transportation, we especially use steel wire rope to fix the winches firmly on the base of the crates, which effectively improves the safety of transportation and reduces the potential loss of goods.
